The small group leader focuses on loving God’s people and wisely facilitating times of teaching, personal prayer, and sharing. Leading a small group seems a daunting task at times, however it is one of the most rewarding ministries.
We encourage previous small group participants to consider being a small group leader. God challenges and teaches us greatly in this capacity, and it is a blessing to challenge others to grow in their faith as you have grown in yours.
