Living Water Ministries – Led by two first generation Korean American pastors and their wives, this ministry desires to bring to Christ and restore the lives of those in Over the Rhine, Cincinnati (OTR). This is achieved through street evangelism, social ministries, Sunday services and worship, educational assistance, Bible studies and discipleship, and generally developing long-term relationships in order to bring about transformation through Christ.
Kairos sends two short-term teams a year to OTR, and currently has one year-long missionary there, Jessica Lee.
Myanmar – David VLT is a young missionary pastor in Myanmar whose ministry with his family includes traveling to local villages sharing the gospel in sermons, films on projectors, or through Christmas services. Two of our members of Kairos, including Pastor Jason Sato, had the opportunity to visit David last summer.
Ever since, Kairos has had the opportunity to support the children of Myanmar for $10 a month, and provide for their livelihood as well as partner in prayer for David’s ministry.
Rio al Mar – The ministry of Rio al Mar focuses on building shelters in Tijuana, Mexico, for those who have none. Every Saturday, a team from San Diego brings food donations and volunteers to provide housing as well as prayers and encouragement to the people in Mexico.
Kairos joins Rio al Mar in building these homes and churches a few times a year.
Heart to Heart International- H2H is a ministry that serves the abandoned and orphaned children in Romania. H2H places their 20 full-time missionary partners and their short-term teams in Romanian hospitals and state-run orphanages, enabling them to share Christ’s love by caring and providing for orphaned children and infants and supporting the local Romanian workers. In addition, they operate summer camps and boys’ and girls’ transition house programs, both with intent to share with them the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to prepare them practically and spiritually for their transition into adulthood. God continues to bless this ministry through all the years, revealing to them and their supporters great testimonies of God’s love and faithfulness and many changed lives for Christ.
