The purpose of the Church Security Team is to provide a safe and secure environment for all congregants, staff, and visitors during church activities and events. The team aims to deter, detect, and respond to potential threats or emergencies while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere consistent with the church’s mission and values.
Looking for members to serve on security who are mature, level-headed, patient, and calm under pressure. Must be able to quickly access situations and de-escalate or take action. First aid experience a plus, but not required.
Commitment:
At least 2 Sunday services a month (first or second service). Special events when available.
Requirement:
Membership, regularly attend Sunday service, and have been at Kairos for > 1 year
